1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • The package is unopened, sealed, and in its original condition.


2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The package has been opened or tampered with.

  • The product has been consumed, partially used, or tested.

  • The request is made after the 7-day window from delivery.

⚠️ For health and safety reasons, once the seal is broken or the product is consumed, refunds and returns are strictly not allowed.


3. Process for Returns

If your order qualifies for a return or refund:
